The truth about investor financing revealed in March Investor Meeting!
On March 16th the members of REIS discussed the current state of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac lending. Powell Jones with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage explained, in detail, how the investor rehab loans work and what the qualifications are. Larry Finkelberg, Mortgage Planner with Amerihome Lending, Inc reviewed traditional Fannie/Freddie investment loan guidelines and also provided some forecasting for both interest rates and guidelines.
