January 19th event is a HUGE success!!!
Last night REIS kicked off it’s 2010 Investor Series with a bang! We had a great turnout for Chris Majerle’s presentation on best practices for the preliminary evaluation of property condition. The presentation was followed, as always, by our Investor Member Exchanges. This exchange fostered the discussion of a multitude of current issues facing real estate investors. We hit on everything from shadow inventories to the impending changes to the lead based paint law.
We are proud to announce that we had two new investors join on the spot. REIS is coming into the new year with a tremendous amount of momentum and expect to double in size in 2010. We invite you to become part of our community.
