Chris is serving his third term as Chair of the Prince George’s County Association of REALTORS Property Management Committee and has held that position at the Greater Capitol Area Association of REALTORS.  He developed and has taught a 3-hour continuing education course for both Realtor Associations entitled the ABC’s of Rentals.

As a condominium and homeowners association manager, Majerle has been awarded the designations: Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  He has served for for many years on the Community Association’s Institute DC Chapter’s Publications Committee where he has authored numerous articles published in QUORUM Magazine.  He was named Rising Star for the DC Chapter in 2007 for his contributions.
