Jeff has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2000. He takes a strategic approach toward market and site development and has extensive experience in retail store development, strategic planning and management. He has successfully represented landlords and tenants in retail, office and warehouse leasing and sales transactions.
Jeff has spent an illustrious professional career in a variety of Sr. Management positions spanning over 30 years with an international non-profit organization in Washington D.C. He holds a Master’s degree with a concentration in administration, group and organizational development from Adelphi University in Garden City, N.Y. Jeff has gained success through his extensive experiences and an expertise in marketing. His knowledge and experience adds tremendous value for his clients in commercial real estate.
Jeff’s market concentration covers all of Maryland, Virginia as well as the District of Columbia. Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, on the Board of Directors for Montgomery Alliance for Community Giving and active in the Gaithersburg – Germantown Chamber of Commerce
