Kelly is a third-generation builder and has been personally involved in the building industry for over two decades. He worked his way up from carpenter and became President of Vogan Associates in 1999. Kelly earned his Certified Remodeler (CR) designation from the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI), in which he remains an active member. He is also a member of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Washington. Kelly was born and raised in the DC Metropolitan Area and gives back to his community through his involvement with the Rotary Club of Wheaton-Kensington, of which he served as President during 2005-2006. He currently resides in Silver Spring with his family.
