REIS kicked off it’s 2010 Investor series with a bang! There was a great turn out for Chris Majerle’s presentation on to effectively inspect a property. The presentation was followed, as always, by our Investor Member Exchanges. This exchange fostered the discussion of a multitude of current issues facing real estate investors. We hit on everything from shadow inventories to the impending changes to the lead based paint law.
