REIS is a networking organization for individuals who invest in real estate (investor members) and/or provide services related to real estate investments (business members). We provide an environment intended mutually benefit of both. Through the business members, the investor members will become educated about the business of real estate investment and will benefit from the networking opportunities presented by virtue of the real estate and ancillary service providers who are the business members. Through the investor membership and its growth as knowledgeable real estate investors, the business members will prosper.

What Makes REIS Unique

For the Investor Member:

Mentoring services, groups and clubs abound for the real estate investor. Most of these require high membership fees and/or service fees and they often attempt to sell additional services to their members for participation. At REIS, we are not trying to mentor our investors or sell any specific services. We are strictly a forum where real estate investors can network with one another, as well as with business service providers, in order to build relationships which could lead to more profitable transactions. During our monthly meetings, members become familiar with one another’s businesses so that they feel comfortable referring their clients to other members. Our meetings also feature experienced guest speakers to increase your body of knowledge about the business.

For the Business Member:

There are many networking groups for business people to choose. Each provides a source of referral business. Only REIS restricts business membership to the real estate industry. All members are expected to provide services to the real estate investor. These services may entail the obvious–real estate sales, leasing and property management, real estate finance or legal/ title services. But, they also include plumbing, electrical and other trades, appraisal, fire restoration, pest control and more. Our focus is not simply on referrals, but more importantly on building strategic partnerships among our membership. By networking within the industry, business conducted is more targeted, and the Investor Member benefits from the ever-growing network of professional, trusted and known service providers.

For Both Groups:

The Investor Members meet monthly to enjoy expert guest speakers, open time to network and the REIS Investors Exchange when you can ask your peers and the experts any real estate related question you may have. Get a variety of responses and view so you can better decide how you will deal with your issue. The Business Members also attend these meetings to meet the investors and make themselves available to assist individual investor members with their specific needs.

Only REIS offers the two components: The Business Members who provide services to the Investor and the Investor Member who wants to learn more about real estate investment and get to know those who might provide much-needed services.
